The idea for CTC began long before the business itself. Growing up, our founder spent countless hours in a care home, watching a parent dedicate as much time to paperwork as to the people in her care. It became clear that administration wasn’t simply a back-office task. It was taking valuable time away from meaningful work.

That observation has shaped everything we do.

Today, administrative requirements have become increasingly complex. From UK visa applications and sponsorship processes to workforce compliance and international recruitment, success often depends not just on making the right decisions, but on ensuring every document, deadline and detail is managed with precision.

There is no shortage of organisations offering support with UK immigration. Some provide regulated legal advice, while others offer specialist immigration services. We recognised there was an equally important role that often goes overlooked: delivering exceptional administration. That’s where CTC Administration comes in.
